Vacant Land - Cash-out Refi
i have a standard vacant lot in chicago in an up & coming area. the balance on the existing note is 25k. are there any banks that would do a 60 or 70% LTV cash-out refi on my lot? it has been appraised at 95k. i know banks look at vacant land as a high risk but i would like to make that equity work for me instead of sitting. i do plan on developing the land at a later date. any advice?
