TICs - Master Lease - Triple Net
I am in the process of selling one of my rentals and will be doing a 1031 exchange. I was interested in TICs ,master lease or triple net properties. Need to find out the pros and cons on these programs. Basically I am looking for permanent cash flow without the hassles.
