The type of work I do doesn't allow me to stay in one place very ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** have lived in 3 different states in the last 4 ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** want to invest in Rental properties,but The Bank asked me why I don't own a home of my own before I invest in Real Estate Rentals in my home ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***hey look at me like I AM CRAZY or something!How, next time I go to lenders,like are listed on this website,do I make my case for Rental Properties while not owning a home of my own?
Personally, I only invest in Real Estate that is 1/2 hour from where I live.
If you move so much, how do you plan to manage the properties? What happens when the tenant needs something fixed or moves out or needs to be re-rented? Are you going to fly out there everytime there is a problem?
Just something to think about.
