I started to look at the papers. I've decided to get into flipping homes and investing in apt units. My question is, how do I get financed with low credit scores. who finances investors, especially a real newbie. :-S I feel fustrated because I know I have the energy, but I have no funds to get started. 8-/

Call around and ask for an experienced real estate investor who does financing in your area. Also go to a local real estate meeting club and find out who does what
