Short Sale Again

in reference to my recent short sale question i met with an attorney he informed me that if homeowner had property transfered back in his name this could be considered fraud even if purchasing party closed and then decided to just make this a gift back to foreclosed homeowner i am still looking for a way to do this and attys. have been known to make a mistake i live in illinois anyone got any feedback and as always to everyone thanks for your advice

    Just get homeowner to make cash offer like i explained I am doing. Could use third party but most lenders want a prequal letter from bank or other proof of funds to close in his name. That may be difficult to get fast enough. Hope I helped some ?
