Send Postcard To Private Mortgage Note Holder.
Hi,
Assuming I've located a few private mortgage notes and want to send postcard to them to see if they're willing to sell the notes. Does anyone have a sample postcard that they use to send to a prospect?

I have sent many postcards and learned that so does everyone else.
Do you have a phone number for these private mortgage note holders? If you pick up the phone and say Hello you might get a better reception than being one of the many that send cards and sit back and wait for a response.
When you call, you just want to start a conversation, not particularly pitching them on selling as finding out who they are and down the road what their incentive might be to sell...Just a suggestion.
