Seller To Finance Buyer With Low Credit Score
I would like to buy investment property. The seller is in foreclosure. The home is worth 90,000, the seller owes 65,000. The seller has agreed to a gift of equity of 8,000, to cover both down payment and closing cost for the me. My score is only 592, do you think the lender will allow this type of transaction?
