Securing A Mortgage In LLC Name
I am trying to find out information on how to secure a mortgage in the name of our LLC. After numerous phone calls one person told me it would have to be a 5 year commercial loan. Isn't it possible to secure a fixed rate 30 years mortgage in the name of our LLC, or is there a better way? We are in Pennsylvania. Thank you.
