Saxton Corporation Gold Plus Program
Has anyone ever heard of a company called Saxton Corporation and thier Gold Plus Program. They are a company that works with challenged credit buyers and buyers with no down payment. :-? They offer creative financing to purchase or sell a home. Focus is on FSBO's
I'm surprised that there have not been any responses to this post, but am very interested in any replies you might have gotten offline.

Well, I'm not impressed with them. I accidently ordered a software package from them that I had already ordered and asked them to send me the correct program. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to respond and I still haven't recieved the new software. Not a good way to do business.
I would not recommend this program. They are unorganized and make things sound simple when they are not at all.

Yes, I agree. I think I will write it off as a lost cause.
