Does anyone have a contract that i could look at when you resale your notes to another investor. I am currently trying to draw up my own, and am curious to know what other people are using.
I am getting the note from straight from the bank, i was just curious on how to resale it properly since i have talked to a few investors and they said they would purchase it. I have an assignment contract, thanks for the help.
