rehab, a four letter word?
Some note investers fell that rehab is a four letter word. 
It's not. Im looking for a mutual true win win relation for an opportunity to safely get creative and make money. What could go wrong with buying a 150K home in Connecticut, in need of 22K for 90K? . My ad in the Hartford courant 4/12 real estate section reads Plainville OWNER WILL FINANCE.3/1 ranch on 1/3 acre 149K 7500 min down is 1260 mon . Moore down less monthly.
