Start by looking for a REI Club near you. As you do that you should check your credit and make sure it is correct.

Hello Mr. RealMan, welcome to Atlanta! Our local REI club website is http://www.gareia.org . Lots of good opportunities for marketing and networking there, both on the website, and at the meetings, which are the 2nd Monday of each month.

However, a word of caution... Don't, under ANY circumstance, believe ANY of the ARV's on the flyer's that are posted each month. lol They daydream them numbers up after several shots of strong booze, I'm convinced of it...

Also, keep in mind, Atlanta is right up there with the leaders when it comes to mortgage fraud, and under NO circumstance buy a house without looking at it.

Beware the so-called "Wholesalers", and make DOUBLE sure you check THEIR numbers, and use your own appraisers and contractors, NOT theirs.

Anyways, like I said, WELCOME TO ATLANTA!!!
