My wife and I found a home we fell in love with but we are having trouble getting traditional financing. Are there any private investors out there will to give an opportunity to a newly married couple to own the home of there dreams?

Please help!

Thank you!

Put an ad in your local paper:
Want to make 7% interest secured by a first trust deed? Newly married couple with limited
credit looking for home loan from private individual.

Your phone should ring off the hook. Banks are barely paying 1% these days.

    Best luck

One other thing that may help is if you can find a mortgage broker in your area. They would be able to quickly tell you if they might be able to do something for you as they have many lenders that they deal with !!!!!!

Call some local mortgage brokers they work with private investors who are willing to lend money to people with limited credit. You will pay a higher rate but may be worth the it in the long run.

There are many banks that lend to the following types of people:
    1) newly married
    2) limited credit
    3) foreign Nationalists
    4) recent Grads
These banks have very good rates starting at 1.95%. You don't even have to have a credit score (NA) can show up on all three bureaus.
Look around before going to a private investor.

We have already tried banks and brokers with no luck. I was hoping to hook up with a priovate investor that would be able to help us were a bank wouldn't.

    Thanks!

What is wrong with your credit that a bank can't help you. Because the situation that you described is the perfect one. Banks are begging for that kind of business.
