Quitclaim Deed?
I bought a lot form the county and they going to issue me a Quitclaim deed , is a Quitclaim deed a marketable deed? where i can get a title policy on it and a loan , resell it, develop the lot then resell it.

Yes, its marketable. Its just that your title is not warrant (hint: Warranty Deed). The county just quit claim their interest to you for consideration. My advice is to go get title insurance or a least get a title commitment done so you can make sure that there are no encumbrances or clouds that you may have to quiest, which can be expensive
