Question About Usage Of Courthouse Researcher

Hi. I was wondering from those of you that are in the notes business, do you use courthouse researchers or do your own research? I posted a topic offering contacts for sale, but what I would like to do is get a couple more clients to provide research services to, instead of selling a list. I work for a couple researching notes but that is only for a small portion of counties I have access to. If anyone is interested, contact me and we can talk.
