Question About Note Creation
Trying to be creative here but unsure if I can do this,HELP! Can you create and sell a note for a pre-foreclosure- structured to payoff loan and put money in your and the owners pocket? Can a note be structured for a property in tax sale? Will the note buyers pay off the "liens" to be in the 1st and pay the owners and you the balance?
