Property Investor Required
Hi,
I recently purchased a large property which sits on 1.8 Acres, it as a large 3 bay garage and I am looking to covert this to a 3 bedroom ranch as it as plenty of land around it doing nothing.
The estimated value of the total property is $187,000 I owe $157,000. with the addition I am looking to build based on my blue print drawings the property will be worth well in excess of $300,000.
The property will then be rented on a pro rota of $750.00 per month.
I will build the new addition myself which I estimate at $45,000.
Is there anyone out there that would be interested in having an interest in this project and loaning this kind of investment I would be more than happy to do a refinance of it all based on the new development.
Can also anyone advise how I could create note on the new development?
