Private Investor/Hard Money
I am looking for a private investor or hard money lender to finish my project. I have a residential development in Minnesota with a total of 7 lots, all but three are sold. I am building a house on one of the lots and have run out of money. My bank will no longer borrow any more money claiming "too conservative." I need $250,000 to finishe the project. I have about $169,000 of my own money invested, present value $459,000, and improved value is $640,000. My biggest problem is low FICO score of 580. I need this done ASAP. Check with the lenders section here on the website, another valuable source is to speak with a reliable mortgage broker. Credit score can and very well is a hinderance to any financing arrangement.
