Parking Money ?

fh4rent profile photo

Is there any vehicle you would recomend to park some money? Cash out refi is almost done, and one deal fell through. I dont want to leave the $$$ sitting in equity to have to pay fees again to get at it later. I expect it to be short term until I can find another deal. I know this is vague, but I would like to hear all sorts of ideas. Thanx, Don

Why not become a hard money lender for a friend or fellow investor. I am sure there are a number of people who could use some cash to do a deal or they might need a little extra cash to finish a deal. I am sure that you can get quite a decent rate of return, maybe 10%, maybe even 14%.

That was the first question I asked, here is a link with responses. Not sure if I am able to post links yet, so if it doesnt work you can find another link to it on my profile, "Hard Money Lending" thanx, don

If you want to park your money and have a HELOC, I would pay that off, especially if it is 6.00%+ since you should be able to access at anytime like cash.
