Owner Financing/wrapping A Note Then Selling It?
I am trying to figure how to market properties I have with possible owner financing. I have 5 new homes under construction and 3 other homes for sale. All are hard money that can be wrapped but I need to sell within a short period of time as I only have a year on the money.
I am looking for information on how to do this. Also need to know who will buy these and at what percentage rate will they buy the notes 90 95 100?
