Note Buying

Enigma profile photo

To all the wonderful minds out there,
I am looking to create long term win/win relationships. I am focusing on the note buying aspect (preferrably real estate). I would like to see what we could work out to help benefit everyone. If anyone is interested, send me a private message. Thanks.

Are there any investors who buy second deeds of trust for real estate?

    PLENTY...

But usually only if there's equity.

    G'morning all
    Just recieved this email

"I'm looking to add some notes to my retirement account and would be
interested in any type of real estate note. It can be on single family
homes, 2-4 units, apt buildings, land, commercial, business notes and
even individual mobile homes or groups of them or possible even a whole
park. I will consider any state. I would also be open to any other
kind of income stream that you might want to sell, I'm willing to purchase
all of your payments or just enough for you to raise whatever cash you
    might need. "

If anyone has some notes can they please email me at
hunter_inv@yahoo.com and let's see what we can achieve.
    Thank you in advance

    Hey Note buyer,

Do they also negotiate the purchase of the note and how long does it take for the process to finalize?

    Thanks, Clif
