Note Buyers
i am looking for is someone that i can work with in screening buyers that would fit there needs as note buyers.
I use hard money when i purchase and would like to sell a few properties seller financed and sell the note.
I keep my equity position typically 70% or less of ARV.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
