i'm planning on buying a few sfh's in texas. the price is about 120k and i want to put down about 5%. fico is 700. whats the apr going to be like for a 2/1, 5/1 or fixed ARM. thanks nirav.
If full doc, around 6% on the first and 11-12% on the 2nd (80/20). Could get lower on the first with a 70/25 structure or loosing the interest only feature.
