No Personal Quarantee
Does anyone know of a national lending company that lends money to a company with no personal quarantee? Our personal credit is below par but our company owns property free and clear worth 50K. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Kecia

most lenders that will make either non-recourse loans or those without personal guarantees only do really big deals (5mil+). i think the best option is to advertise and/or network to find your own private lenders, then write your own rules.
