Newbie Attempting In Becoming A Developer
I hope I"m posting in the right forum...
Here is my plan.
A family member owns 11 acres with a house in which they live. I would like to build 4 houses ($250,000 each) on 6 acres of the land. Due to county codes this is the max (less than 20 acres only 4 properties). Here are my questions..
There is a $180,000.00 mortgage on the property. What would I have to do to split off the 6 acres from the 180k mortgage??
What types of financing should I look at? I would like to go in with little or no money.
