I have a prop I really want to buy I can only get 90% loan for it. I am looking for some one who can do a gap loan for me with a 10% return to them within 2-3 months. Anybody interested please reply. Or if any one knows where I can go to do this (hard money?) please reply any info. is appreciated. :-S
