Need Help
I just got info on a note that is in the millions secured by a 10 yr CD in switzerland. I never delt with this kind of note and never for this amount I need advice. I cannot afford an atorney to see me thru this deal but do not want to let it go, in the same breath dont want to get ripped off. If some one could help me out here it is appreciated. I dont even know what due diligence is necessary. I misspoke above the note will be created when a buyer is found I cannot get pm`s so if some one could list there comments I will pm you the info i have
This is a scam. I must have seen it a dozen times. This deal is never, never, never going to happen. John Locke will develop the personality of a pussy cat and the TCI guy at the top of the page will gain enough weight to look like Santa Claus before you see a dime of money out of this deal.
Can I make this any clearer?

Also for future referance they run the same type of scams out of South Africa and through spain as well.
