Need Help - Want To Buy 8 Unit Apartment Bldng
I have purchased properties creativly before. I have found an 8 unit apartment building as well as others owned by the same person. The units provide a good monthly cash flow. The owner will not except the down paymnet on creative terms, just cash at closing. How do I find investors to partner up on these deals? I need to move quickly and can provide a good return. Please advise. 8-/

Break out your rolodex, go to RE groups, talk to wealthy business owners, put out fliers, etc.
All you need is one partner and you're in business.
