Need Help Quick
I'm nearing the end of my hard money loan and I've been working with a mortgage broker for several months who has sent my file to several lenders that require seasoning and my loan has been denied. This has dropped my score and now I have about 2 weeks before my hard money loan is due back.
I've only been on title for three months. Now he's sent my file to IndyMac Bank does anyone know if they require seasoning?
