Need Help In Finding 100% Hard Money
Having a hard time findng someone to help me get a hard money loan and also that deals with ARV. CAn anyone privately email me if they know of a good company that works with people nationwide or for Wisconsin, so that I can get a loan for a rehab project. Thanks.
you can get 100% financing, if your property is bought at maximum 65 cents on the dollar compared to ARV
Brookview Financial I heard is bigrehab funder in the country. I don't do rehabs, so no idea how they are or criteria etc, but worth a shot, good luck
You should look into the 'Lenders' section of this site. I haven't contacted any of the loan providers but I do know they show a list by state of 100% ltv lenders.
