Need $15K To Close A Deal!

Hello to all, Does anyone know of an investor to the tune of $15K - so I can close on a strong rental property in the Berkshires? I will pay 16% return on the investment for a minimum of two years. I have financials and particulars on the property if you know someone who is interested. It definitely has margin to fund the investment's monthly return so I regard it as a reasonably conservative risk for a very respectable return on investment.
