Can i ask for these lenders to email me w/o it considered being illegal on the forum? Have a new product that rerquires a joint venture w/ this type of lender- only in chicagoland area. Am in need of them- (svcs) to JV w/me on the home improvement shows curcuit. Thank You !!

I work for a Major Bank in FL office. I think personally you should take a look at not just a 5/1 Libor but also a 10/1 Libor and if you like alot of Co. will offer this product Intr. Only. This may be the route for you to go, specially if you are Thinking about Refi. out in the future.
Also be-careful when a Mtg Broker says they will refi you for FREE. Nothing is free and time is money so keep this in mind.

Put the Funds in an acct, and see if your bank will take a written VOD, some lenders will take this to verify the funds in your acct.
Keep in mind that MOST not all lenders will req. the funds to be seasoned. I can see what i can do for you (Abn Amro 800-929-9262 ext 1147) and you may also want to looking into Wells Fargo.
