Licensing
I am currently a mortgage broker in Florida, and for new good reasons I must set up a mortgage broker business in Georgia. I am curious what must be done to obtain what is needed in Georgia. What is needed and where does one go to get that? Do I need to take another licensing class there? Then apply for state federal and county licenses? Correspondant? I appreciate your time and help.

Did you have to go through a banking commision in Fl. I don'tknow if this would work but in pa it is

It might be worth a try. If not try the state's website and search mortgage business.
