Does anyone know of a lender who will lend directly to the LLC with my asset verification to avoid the cost of a quit clam?

    Lenders will look at the LLC structure

    Established time
    Company credit history
    Company assets
    Company income
    Company debt vs income ratio

    Most bank lenders require a personal guarantee when lending to an LLC when real estate is involved.
