Lenders Just Too Busy For My Buisness
I have been running across something that I wonder if anyone else has. Due to the very low interest rates it seems lenders are just too busy to return my calls and emails to give me information on a loan. I do sympathize a liitle because I am sure they are very busy, but let me tell you this...I am taking the names of all the lenders that dont return my calls and when this surge slows down and they then have the time for me, I will be saying no thank you. because all these yahoos buying houses will slow down but as an investor I plan to keep going. So to you lenders out there..you might want to think about the future when not calling back investors today.
I've never met a loan officer that was too busy to return calls. I've never been that busy for sure! Am I living/working in the wrong place?
Investor's are my niche group and always have priority...because I know they will be back for repeat business.
You need to find you a good broker to work with. One you can make some money for, then whenever you call, he WILL call you back, 'cause he knows you're serious. Personal relationships are what gets business done! lol
Yes I think your right. I finally found a broker who seems willing to work hard for me, it just took a long time.
