Hi I am from Philly too and just joined this forum. I've just been a real estate agent for over a year, doing pretty well, and have gotten a good HUD deal and one from the MLS (saw it online, bought it in a couple hours beating 6 other offers). I'm looking to expand my resources to targeting preforeclosures also, but haven't gotten any success after sending letters to owners of homes in the next sheriff sale. p.s. are there any real estate investment group more concentrated in NE Philly or South Philly? Would like to network with other investors in this area
