I know you are well intentioned by your post, but I think this is an advertisement and is better put in the TCI Realty forum, rather than this question and answer forum.
Also, you should be aware that soliciting investors for investments in LLCs and other entities is considered "solicitation of securities" and you have probably just violated your state's blue sky security laws and federal securities laws without making the proper disclosure required by law. Usually you also need to advise the persons you are soliciting to that a prospectus or private placement memorandum is available for their consideration before any investment is accepted. You and the entity you are soliciting for can be liable for civil and criminal fines. I know that you were probably not aware of this, but I would hate to see you start running into problems with the SEC and your state agency responsible for enforcing the security solicitation laws.
