Does anyone have a sample plan that they use to solicit to potential investors with money to loan. If you do and would be willing to share I would love to see it.
Thanks I saw that info somewhere else. But what I'm looking for is just a "Sample" proposal that an REI uses to show / ask private investors with money availabe and what they offer them in return.
