Investor Assistance Needed
An investor is needed to assist in purchasing 20-30 new construction homes in Charlotte, NC. The discounts range from 9%-19% of the suggested retail. Average profit is $13,000. Our goal is to purchase 10-15 properties per month.
The loans that I have been approved for are 95% and 100% NOO stated. I need an investor with strong credit (i.e. 680+) to partner with. The investor will need to have 6 months of PITI reserves.
I can provide a sample listing of the available properties. I will provide any and all necessary documentation.
