Interested In Mn Paper
Will buy any first or second lein positions in Minnesota at a discount. Same day if in metro area, 2-3 days in outstate....discount based on risk BUT prefer something that is in default so I may foreclose or other...$400k available as of this posting. Also, a question????? Is anyone else in other markets buying seconds or other JR creditor positions as a means of redemption? I and a small group of unaffiliated investors do im my market, as well as occasionally buying judgements or mechanics leins to redeem on, but I have not noticed it written about in my short time at this site.

In most states you will find that seconds are worthless paper. Where I live I will buy them if they are very cheap.
