Idea On Financing A Rehab?

I currently have 2 rental properties with little equity. I recently seen a nice rehab project I would like to pursue. What are some of the ways I could finance this project: either thru my current assets, loans,etc.

I am really just looking for some good ideas.

Any & all opinions are welcome!!
