I've Found An Investment...now What
I'm not soliciting for investors. I'm just new to this, and I just want to get an idea as to how to proceed. I'm just getting started. I found an investment in Atlanta. How do you find investors? (Just looking for a METHOD of finding them, not looking for any in here) I just dont know for sure what to do next. I got all of the numbers. What else would I need?

To buy?, To hold a mortgage?. To sell to?
