I Need Financing - REHAB Projects - HELP

I currently have FICO score of 630-640. Need financing for rehab projects and looking for private mortgage or investor that will do the loan. There is no hard money lenders in my state NM. If you are a mortgage broker that specializes in this then let me know. Please see profile. Thanks. :coolgrin:

    nmcurse,

    Look at the top of the page you will see a tab that will say lenders click on it. Then under simple search click on your state.

    You wil find what you seek.
