How To Structuture This?!?!
Hello all,
I have a homeowner who is interested in selling her home to me. I currently have it under contract. Here are the numbers:
owes bank: $33,500.00
selling for: $44,500.00
appraisal: $85,000.00
I would like to stucture a note and then sell it. I have a guy interested but he lives in S.FL and the home is located outside of Tallahassee. I was wondering how I would go about structuring a note that would interest note buyers? The guy that is interested has good credit. Thanks
ps The seller is selling because she was recently injured on job has had several surgeries, her husband moved to central Fl and just wants out.
