How To Find A List Of Note Holders

My problem is not what to do when i have a list i would like to know where to find a list of real estate note holders, i have tryed the court house, and i think a list broker is the best way to go but i cant seem to find any list brokers with a list note holders.
Please Help!

    The previous posts are correct in suggesting title companies. They are a good source for public information.

    Glad I found you guys during my search on the web. Just getting into the real estate business(starting with finding note holders). This information is very helpful.

    Check the county recorder rather than court. Many counties have online portals.

    The are fee based service that will allow you to search & fetch the document images.
