They provide courthouse info for many counties in NC.
Call the rep in your area. He can demonstrate or will be able to refer you to a location in your area that the system will be demonstrated such as a REI Club or REI convention. It is reasonably priced. I believe about $80 / month.
I have seen the rep demo the software / search engine. I was impressed with with how specific the information was with the proper filters applied to a search. The rep said this is how mortgage brokers, RE agents, banks etc know who to contact concerning various products and services.
