Just place a small ad in a local paper saying "House for sale, cash only" or "need cash buyer for houses." You will get more calls than you need. Good Luck!
You can also email me, I have an investor that does out of state deals.

you can also ask for qualified or pre-approved for a loan buyers in your ad. Money is money, it doesn't matter where it comes from

if you are talking about buying on the court house steps, it will be hard to find money for this. First of all a tiltle policy cannot be purcased so lenders wont lend. Second, i dont know about your area, but here you have to give the trustee a cashiers check for the full amount in 10 mins!! That means you have to have a cashiers check made out to yourself in your pocket to sign over to the bank. i would like to hear if there is anyone out there taking that risk as a financier.

I was thinking that the foreclosure was being paid for by cash, and your were then going to sell????
