hi everyone i hope someone out there can help me. What is the penalty if someone buys a hud home that is in the owner occupant stage and does not live in the home, but puts a mail box on the house with their name on it, and recieves mail there. i lost out on the home because i have my own home and couldnt live there. Has she commited fraud against hud.

Yes - she can get a fixed rate or an ARM. Not sure where you are going with this question.
I would check the lender tab on this site for a lender that deals in your state.
