Help With Notes Desperate
Hi I desperately need help here. I'm going to buy a junker to wholesale/bird dog to an investor. The seller has agreed instead of me paying him cash to give him a note for $8000 at $100 month with 0 interest. Mind we didnt agree on a second mortgage, I just want to give him an unsecured note. Where can I get the form and how do I do that?? Any help would be greatly appriciated. Please reply at your earliest possible conienence and thank you for your time. With warm regards.

I use a book that is called 301 LEGAL FORMS & AGREEMENTS. It is not being sold anymore in book stores. They know want you to buy seperate forms for each transaction. I recently had to go online to buy another on, as the one I bought in 1993 is no longer in stock anywhere.
