WHO ARE THE BEST BANKS/LENDERS THAT HAVE THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM......
i have looked in NATIONAL CITY and AEGIS.....
anyone know of any others?

    Citi HE does unseasoned HELOCs for OO, and I believe they also do them for NOO, too

    I have gotten NOO Heloc stated income (I do have good credit) from AmSouth, BOA, and Wachovia. AmSouth was done as a second home. I have multiple BOA and Wachovia. They are all at 80% LTV. My houses are in FL.

    You can check on the Lenders listing on this site to see if you can find a HM lender that will hold a note on these.
    Also, look for one of the Notes sites and post that you have a mortgage to offer.
